Birdsy Embedding Test
/Testing a new embedding feature from the BirdsyCam we use to capture some of the birds outside our home. I am wondering if the video when embedded remains forever or if there is a time stamp for it and I cannot find the answer on the company FB page or FAQ’s so I guess we will do this and see :)
Testing the repaired lens
/Stopped by TCP (Tuckahoe Creek Park, Henrico VA) today to test out my repaired Olympus 1.4 teleconverter. Not much was happening while I was there but I did manage to get a few shots.
Very happy with the performance of the repaired lens and beyond happy with the customer service @omsystem provided. They received it Friday, I got it back to me fixed on the following Thursday with email communications almost daily!

Wilson's Snipe - Lifer For Me
/Thanks to @BarbaraHouston I was able to photograph another “lifer” yesterday, the Wilson’s Snipe while at Dutch Gap. There is no way I would have seen any of them without her help. These cute shorebirds remained in the reeds and swamp grass for most of the time we were there but did come out to enjoy the sun for a short time and I was able to catch them when they appeared in the open.
