CopyCat Tropical Smoothie - Island Green
/We are making a commitment to do better and that includes getting our greens as much as possible. One way is with this copycat recipe for a Tropical Smoothie “Island Green”
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup each frozen Pineapple and Mango
1 frozen banana
1 cup each frozen spinach and frozen Kale
Liquid Stevia to taste
Additional water if needed to blend.
1 Carbmaster vanilla yogurt
Blend until smooth
Ready for some fun

/Avery has become a huge fan of the YouTube Channel, The Bucket List Family. For Christmas we purchased her some of their merch, including the hat in the photo below. Well it was so cute I of course had to take a picture and then posted it on my Instagram tagging TBLF but not thinking much more about it.
Well they not only liked the photo, they reposted it on their Instagram page. She is going to lose it when I show her LOL
